- 3 Tbs. walnuts
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor and puree.
- With machine running, slowly stream in olive oil.
- Turn off, scrape down sides, puree again until uniform.
