I saw this recipe on Mommy's Kitchen blog and thought "I have got to make that!!!" As a gal who will admit I really love the Mac in the Blue Box, this was a welcome change of pace. NOT day-glo orange and full of flavor, this hit the spot on a lazy Saturday evening...I served it with some corn and some smoked sausage.
